What is Physical Fitness?
Physical fitness is defined as “a set of attributes that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to perform physical activity”. There are 10 fitness domains that are needed in order to achieve this including: Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. All of these skills are combined to create total fitness, exactly what Crossfit brings to you.
How is it different from other programs?
Unlike other fitness programs, CrossFit is unique because it combines all different fitness arenas so you are getting the best of everything; cardio, weight training and gymnastics. Crossfit is not only a fitness program it is a community that provides support from people that all have the same end goal to become fit, happy and healthy. All classes you will take will be as a group so you can get the full experience. You also get some of the greatest coaches who are there to share their passion with you and provide the guidance, education of nutrition, fitness and help you to the pathway of healthy life.
